We booked a room because of the par deals. The weekend at par exchange was confirmed also by their front desk staff and when we questioned the process multiple times they confirmed it was Saturday and Sunday and that we could exchange at par BOTH days. We questioned several times and she confirmed yes it was in CDN dollars. When we finally got someone to quote us the room rate she said it was in CDN dollars because it was par that weekend. We called multiple times to confirm room rate and Canadian exchange par rules, first couple calls nobody really knew and said there was nobody there that did either. There were a couple exceptions but in general is just very poorly run. Many of the staff are completely uninterested in anything and not friendly, not knowledgable about the dept in which they work and give out false information.
Until now! Wow, I would give zero stars if possible.
I honestly have never had occasion to write a bad review, am generally satisfied and don't care to be a complainer.
